Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio.
